This page contains Divine Signs terms & conditions. Please read these carefully before ordering your lawn greeting rental package. By ordering any of our products, you agree to all the terms & conditions below. All signs remain the property of Divine Signs, unless memorabilia arrangements have been made in advance. 

PRODUCT CARE: You understand that you CANNOT MOW, TRIM, OR WATER THE LAWN, while the signs are in the yard, OR MOVE the sings. If you are purchasing this lawn greeting for someone else, you will notify them of these restrictions a minimum of 24 hours before installation. You will be responsible for any cleaning fees ($50 & up) or damage to the signs, that results if these guidelines are not followed. *

SAFETY: We take the safety of our employees seriously. If employees of Divine Signs arrive at an area and do not feel comfortable with it, they can cancel the order at their discretion. We can reschedule at a more comfortable time if possible.

PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

I. Based on available inventory

II. Rush fee may apply

III. Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

IV. Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your Divine Signs lawn greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission.

DISCRETIONARY CONTENT: Divine Signs reserves the right to decline orders that go against the positive and festive nature of their business. Political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful content will be declined.

The price includes delivery, set up and take down of the lawn greeting.
